Charlie DanielChairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive OfficerCharlie has fifteen years experience in the construction industry serving in various capacities from Operations and Manufacturing to Sales and Marketing. Most recently, Charlie was Vice President of Durra Building Systems, one of Ready Corporation’s primary suppliers. As a start-up company, Charlie was responsible for the reorganization of management, rebranding the company from Affordable Building Systems to Durra, engineering certification with a number of nationally recognized facilities and establishing operational procedures in preparation for market penetration and growth in Durra’s primary markets (acoustic wall and roof systems). He grew revenues 250% while there. Prior to Durra, Charlie spent his career in various positions with general contractors and construction managers with annual revenues ranging from over $1 billion to under $20 million. While Charlie was Vice President for Beers Construction Company (Skanska), expanded the Sports Group and was instrumental in securing contracts for the University of South Carolina Basketball Arena ($150 million), Memphis AAA Baseball Facility and Downtown Redevelopment Program ($90 million), Atlanta Olympic Stadium / Turner Field ($300 million) and the Atlanta Hawks Arena ($270 million). Charlie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and attended the Collegiate School in Richmond, Virginia. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and the International Association of Assembly Managers (IAAM) and has served on various industry and public entity Boards throughout his career. |

William G. HancockPresident and Chief Operating OfficerWilliam (Bill) Hancock joined Ready Corporation in early 2009 following a highly successful career as a transactional lawyer in the Richmond office of Troutman Sanders LLP (formerly Mays & Valentine) for over three decades. At Troutman Sanders, Bill founded and Chaired the annual Early Stage Capital Forum. Bills practice at Troutman Sanders focused on commercial real estate development and finance, legislative and regulatory matters relating to the life and health insurance industries, and issues affecting early stage companies, including strategy, corporate structure, capital formation and financing, among others. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University of Virginia, attended Tulane University Law School and received his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond, where he sat on the Editorial Board of the University of Richmond Law Review. Bill has been a member of the Board of Directors of several diverse companies, including a publicly traded life and health insurance company, where he sat on the Investment Committee and served as General Counsel. Bill is author of numerous publications as well as a frequent speader on real estate and legal topics. He also achieved Martindale'Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Bill has significant connections in Virginia's business, legal, civic and political arenas. His associations include the Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate, the Greater Richmond Technology Council, the Richmond Venture Forum and the Virginia and American Bar Associations. His community involvement activities extend to the Richmond Ballet / State Ballet of Virginia, Carpenter Center for the Performing Arts, Alliance for the Arts, Richmond Ronald McDonald House and a multitude of local not-for-profit health and human service organizations. |

Matthew DukeSenior Vice President of SalesMatt joins us in bringing his expertise in business development, finance, manufacturing, production, project management and construction. Matt is the V.P. of Duke Management Services (DMS), a family owned business, managing a $25 million real estate portfolio with $4.5 million a year in revenue, comprised of 7 self storage facilities in Virginia and Florida, three portable storage businesses and 35 apartment units. Since 2001, as a principal, Matt has acquired and constructed over $10 million in new residential construction and rehabilitation projects, acquired and developed $30 million in real estate projects. In 2004, Matt was a founding partner of EZBox portable storage. EZBox developed its own proprietary delivery system as well as its own storage container. DMS is also the manufacturer of the storage container. DMS has manufactured over $4 million storage containers. Matt’s business and finance experience, knowledge of the construction industry, manufacturing, production, and project management is a valued and critical aspect to the growth of our company. Matt is a licensed Class A building contractor in the state of Virginia with real field experience in the alternative building methods of CAF, modular construction, insulated concrete forms, precast modular concrete foundations, and steel framing. Matt also has three years of experience in all aspects of site work, road building, and commercial and residential utility installation. An alumnus of College of Charleston in South Carolina, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Bob BrownSenior Vice President of Product DevelopmentBob Brown has over 20 years experience in engineering, technical sales, sales management, new product development and patent procurement. His experience includes a combined 15 years in the pulp and paper and compressed agricultural fiber (CAF) panel industries. Prior to joining Ready Corporation, Bob served as Sr. Vice President for Durra Building Systems, a small, privately owned CAF panel manufacturer based in North Texas. As Senior Vice President, he was responsible for all sales and general business management activities. In his first year at Durra, Bob generated more sales than the company had realized in its entire six year prior existence. He obtained a $150,000 USDA value-added producer grant, and assisted ownership in securing additional operating capital assistance; despite approximately $12 million in owner-held debt/notes. Bob wrote and procured seven Durra-assigned patents and has 4 more currently pending. Prior to joining Durra, Bob was Central Region Sales Manager for International Paper Company’s Containerboard and Kraft Division where he was responsible for the division’s largest region with an annual sales budget exceeding $150 million. He led product development teams, interfaced with outside patent counsel and was selected to participate in a division-wide operational cost-cutting audit wherein over $50 million in manufacturing and operating costs were identified and eliminated. Bob has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MS in Material Science and Engineering from The University of North Texas. He holds an Executive Education Certificate in Marketing from The Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He is a registered patent agent; passed the US Patent and Trademark Office exam for agents and attorneys in 1999 and holds registration no. 44,567. Bob is a member of The National Association of Patent Practitioners (NAPP), Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI), and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). |

Stephen A. StoreySenior Vice President of Corporate FinanceStephen brings over 25 years of experience to Ready Corporation, primarily in key positions with start-up companies. With a background in finance and business development, he raised over $100 million in development and growth capital to fund seven start-ups, several of which he co-founded. Stephen has a penchant for high-growth companies, working within a number of industries including manufacturing, importing and distribution, retail, healthcare, telecommunications and mobile robotics. While his background is primarily in finance, Stephen has considerable experience in other areas of business, having served in both staff and line executive positions. Strategic planning is a particular strength. Prior to joining Ready Corporation, Stephen served as an officer and co-owner of RTB Enterprises, LLC, specializing in the manufacture of high-end kitchen and bath cabinetry products in China for importation to the United States where they are sold to dealer networks along the East Coast. An honors graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting, Stephen honed his skills as a CPA with KPMG, LLP (formerly Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co.). He was later instrumental in the development of a three-state, 60-unit convenience store and gas retail chain. He participated in building a 19-unit chain of free-standing medical centers while serving as Executive Vice President of Finance and Development for Patient First Corporation. The initial equity capital for this venture was provided by Rockefeller & Co. and Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company. Also while with Patient First, Stephen negotiated and closed development and licensing agreements with Trigon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of VA, Johns Hopkins Health System and PhyCor Inc. |

Carl BoggsVice President of Business DevelopmentCarl has been with Ready Corporation since the early stages of the company and has provided his expertise in various roles and responsibilities. Those responsibilities include assisting in the design and build of the ReadyShelter product line, strategic planning for the addition of steel manufacturing, and serving as a liaison to the federal, state, and local governments. As a Presidential Appointee for the U.S. Selective Service System, Carl served as a liaison for the agency, communicating regularly with legislators, the Pentagon, the White House, as well as captains of industry. While serving, Carl earned an Exceptional Service Award from the Director of the Selective Service System. Carl has also worked on Capitol Hill for a U.S. Congressman and has served as a private consultant for numerous companies working on conducting market research, writing proposals, and performing site evaluations. Carl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Pfeiffer University, where he was on the National Dean’s List and an Honors Scholar. His work ethic and people skills make him a huge asset to our team. He presently resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife Kristen and daughter Reagan. |

Lucius F. Cary IVVice President of Business DevelopmentPrior to joining Ready Corporation, Lucius (Luke) Cary served in several positions of increasing responsibility with Universal Leaf Tobacco Company, a publicly-traded company which operates in more than 35 countries around the world with annual revenues of over $2.1 billion. In his most recent position of Vice President of Sales, Luke served as Senior Account Manager for several of Universal's highest profile clients which included major domestic and international accounts totaling over $70 million in annual sales. While employed at Universal, he amassed extensive sales, management and business development experience which included formulating sales strategies, pricing and customer service. Luke's extensive knowledge and success in brokering and agri-product has proven to be a winning asset for Ready Corporation Luke holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and went on to continue studies at the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. |
